Just to clarify, I have a new keyboard that I need to press the fn button to access the arrow keys... (the arrows are located on the letters I,J,K,L.
I don't want to change these keyboard keys, I just want to add some keybinds, because it would be easier for me to access those keyboard keys...
On Windows, I downloaded Windows PowerToys and keybinded ALT+W,A,S,D to the arrows, now I can access the arrows by just pressing alt and the keys i've assigned with. (It worked fine, when I press Alt+W, it presses the Up arrow)
But on Ubuntu, I tried many things and nothing worked
I asked chatgpt and copilot, I tried to use the xdotool and did the instructions but it didnt worked, I tried to create a custom shortcut into the ubuntu keyboard settings, but didn't worked either...
I don't know if i did something wrong, but does anyone know how can I create these keybinds? I just wanted to work like a did on Windows PowerToys. Press alt+W and work like I've pressed the Up Arrow...
Thanks!!
