Storage is occupied but the content is not showing (NB: Checked the hidden files, Still nothing) - Windows

My Laptop is currently on Dual Boot mode (Windows 11 & Ubuntu 22.04 LTS). I have 2 partition in my Windows OS. One is Boot partition which is obvio`usly (C:), and Another one is (D:) which is 126GB and only one partition in Ubuntu. I had about 31GB of course video content downloaded in my Ubuntu OS. And recently I moved those 31GB of course content from Ubuntu drive to my windows (D:) drive. After successfully moving the contents The content was visible from my ubuntu OS. But the problem occured afterwards. After restarted the machine and booted into windows it showed nothing and shows that the storage is not occupied. But the tiwst is when I restarted my windows again an update occured and then it showing that the storage is occupied but there are no course content. After that I booted into my ubuntu OS and faced the same thing on that.

Image of storage usage From the settings window By navigating (System > Storage > Storage used on other drives > New Volume (D:) - 126GB > Videos)

Image of Folder propertise from File Explorer

In the 2nd Screenshot it says 21 files 1 folder but there should be at least 3 folders.

Things I have tried both from Windows and Ubuntu:

  1. Check hidden items. (No hidden Items found)
  2. dir /s On Windows and ls on Ubuntu.
  3. checked this command Get-ChildItem -Path "D:\Course" -Recurse | Measure-Object -Property Length -Sum.

Still nothing promising.
