Error Code: 0x80070520 OR A specified logon session does not exist. It may already have been terminated [closed]

I am trying to install wsl and and it is installed but whenever i tried to install ubuntu I get the following issue:

>> wsl --install -d Ubuntu-20.04Installing: Ubuntu 20.04 LTS...An error occurred during installation. Distribution Name: 'Ubuntu 20.04 LTS' Error Code: 0x80070520

if i try to update the i am getting following error:
