How to open as outbound for the port 443 on debien server [closed]

I'm using an OVH server, I have opened the port 443 on the eadge firewall :

and also on the ufw :

but when I run the command :

nmap -p 443 distributions.traps.paloaltonetworks.com

it gives me this error :

Do you know please what could be the issue ?
