Setting raspi 3 keyboard layout to hun [closed]

I have installed the Raspberry PI os lite 32-bit and "localectl set-keymap hu" does not seems to be working.

I also tried with "localectl set-keymap utf8 " but no success at all.

What other methods can be used?
