unfortunately I can't install this tool, which is important for me.

Here My Python Version:`Python 3.12.3`Setuptools are istalled:`python3-setuptools ist schon die neueste Version (68.1.2-2ubuntu1)`I tried various solutions but nothing worked. Like Reinstall etc.
