Android Studio Performance Issues - Windows and Ubuntu

My computer has good performance, but Android Studio would become slow at times during app development. Reinstalling the IDE would fix the issue for a few days. Android Studio would start in 20 seconds, build in 1 minute, which is an acceptable time. After 10 days, the IDE would take 5 to 10 minutes to respond after opening. Reinstalling would temporarily solve it, but it was inconvenient. I started testing development on Ubuntu 24.04 LTS. The performance is much better, the IDE opens in less than 10 seconds, and other functions are also fast. The only problem now is generating drawable resources. I create my own icons and logos, but when I try to import the SVG file, the image has issues or the import doesn't complete. I've tried some workarounds, but they might cause other problems. Does anyone have any suggestions for a stable development environment, either on Windows or Ubuntu?

Reinstalled Android Studio on Windows multiple times: This temporarily resolved performance issues, but they would reappear after several days.Created SVG files using GIMP and Inkscape on Ubuntu and attempted to import them into Android Studio: This resulted in either a corrupted image preview or a failed import.

I'm looking for a stable and reliable Android development setup, whether on Windows or Ubuntu
