How to create a customized hotspot on Ubuntu 24.04?

I got a WLAN Adapter and tried to use it to create a wifi hotspot on my computer. And I can only use the create a hotspot to create a Wi-Fi named ${USER}-hotspot, which cannot be modified and enabled with a password. How can I customize this Wi-Fi hotspot?

Here are some basic informations of the OS and the WLAN Adapter:
