Ubuntu 20.04.6 Vmware Virtual Machine works non smoothly [closed]

I have a virtual machine running on Windows, and, before yesterday, it was working completely smoothly.

Now I don't know what happens that, as soon as I get the mouse in the virtual machine, it works not smoothly, like the machine is going super slow and barely can't control the mouse.

I have done:

apt-get update apt-get upgradeapt-get cleanapt-get autoremove

If I do a top command it seems to be ok, like nothing is collapsing.

 PID USER PR NI VIRT RES SHR S %CPU %MEM TIME+ COMMAND 1161 root 20 0 373588 89896 49424 S 0.7 1.5 0:03.46 Xorg 1107 root 20 0 1948796 45368 31740 S 0.3 0.7 0:01.75 contain+ 2423 ubuntu 20 0 729760 44116 33500 S 0.3 0.7 0:00.48 marco 2807 ubuntu 20 0 961208 50464 39156 S 0.3 0.8 0:00.86 mate-te+ 1 root 20 0 168300 11888 8472 S 0.0 0.2 0:01.48 systemd 2 root 20 0 0 0 0 S 0.0 0.0 0:00.01 kthreadd

If I do df -h it seems to be ok aswell:

ubuntu@ubuntu:~$ df -hFilesystem Size Used Avail Use% Mounted onudev 2.9G 0 2.9G 0% /devtmpfs 595M 1.9M 593M 1% /run/dev/sda5 39G 31G 6.0G 84% /tmpfs 3.0G 16K 3.0G 1% /dev/shmtmpfs 5.0M 4.0K 5.0M 1% /run/locktmpfs 3.0G 0 3.0G 0% /sys/fs/cgroup/dev/loop0 128K 128K 0 100% /snap/bare/5/dev/loop1 75M 75M 0 100% /snap/core22/1439/dev/loop2 64M 64M 0 100% /snap/core20/2318/dev/loop4 167M 167M 0 100% /snap/chromium/2923/dev/loop3 167M 167M 0 100% /snap/chromium/2931/dev/loop5 64M 64M 0 100% /snap/core20/2264/dev/loop6 75M 75M 0 100% /snap/core22/1564/dev/loop7 67M 67M 0 100% /snap/cups/1052/dev/loop9 497M 497M 0 100% /snap/gnome-42-2204/141/dev/loop13 506M 506M 0 100% /snap/gnome-42-2204/176/dev/loop11 39M 39M 0 100% /snap/snapd/21759/dev/loop8 68M 68M 0 100% /snap/cups/1058/dev/loop12 350M 350M 0 100% /snap/gnome-3-38-2004/143/dev/loop14 66M 66M 0 100% /snap/go/10698/dev/loop15 41M 41M 0 100% /snap/snapd/20671/dev/loop16 350M 350M 0 100% /snap/gnome-3-38-2004/140/dev/loop10 62M 62M 0 100% /snap/go/10679/dev/loop17 92M 92M 0 100% /snap/gtk-common-themes/1535/dev/sda3 49G 31G 16G 66% /home/dev/sda1 511M 4.0K 511M 1% /boot/efitmpfs 595M 28K 595M 1% /run/user/1000

I have remove things from /home cause it was 95% full, but nothing.

I am using 4 processors for the VM and 16 RAM, but I changed to 32GB, 8GB and it is not improving, it is just place the mouse in the virtual machine and it get super stuck ...

I have VMware tools installed also, of course, I have been using this virtual machine for working for 2 years.
