I am trying to run :

 sudo apt-get update

But I get below error :-

I have tried mostly that is present on the other pages of stackoverflow but everything gives me same error.When I do cat /etc/resolv.conf below is the content of this file :-

Please help me understand how do I resolve t his? My main purpose was to install docker in WSL. I am using Ubuntu-18.04 version 2
