Enabling Frame Buffer Rock4 SE Ubuntu

I've been using the Rock 4B and have previously not had this issue, but I've recently bought the Rock4 SE and the frame buffer is disabled. I can't connect an HDMI and need to connect via SSH. The version details are:

 Static hostname: rock-4se       Icon name: computer      Machine ID: 9459d275ebb44007ab03e2194858a8c6         Boot ID: b457b2a6a953480a824485cc50ffb9efOperating System: Ubuntu 20.04.6 LTS          Kernel: Linux 5.10.110-29-rockchip    Architecture: arm64

After googling around there's not a clear way to fix this. Has anyone had this issue before?
