Cannot Up the docker-compose containers (Port already in use) [duplicate]

I am trying to up the containers in docker-compose. But it says the Port 3000 is already in use and doesn't let the containers up. Even if I kill the PID using the port 3000 (Node) it gives the same issue. KInd of new to this and please advise on this. Thanks.
