How to turn off links in wsl?

I started work with wsl and figure out that my files from windows linked to wsl, how can I unlink this files? And also if I create a some file in my user folder for example abasdasd3123123.txt it autmatically linked to wsl. How can I turn off this function?I tried to use rm, but it also remove my file on windows, and it doesn't fix the problem with new files. Yes, I think this is a useful feature; for example, I would leave only 1 folder with projects, but I don't wont to add all files automatically to wsl from my user folder
