I have been running an Ubuntu Guest OS in VirtualBox for a number of months and while slightly glitchy it has mostly worked fine. However it has now stopped working. The host OS is windows 10. The log file for when I try to run it is here:

When I do this the VM runs but very slowly and the following CPU load occurs where there is no guest load but the VMM load is fluctuating as below.
